- Sit on your kneels and keep your left arm on your back.
- Right foot,right knee and right shoulder should be in straight line and left foot, left knee and left shoulder should be in straight line.
- Swing your right arm from front-top- back and hold the right heel.
- Take your left arm from the back and touch your left heel.
- Drop your head down and look back.
- BREATHE
