Meaning - (hal - plow, asana - pose)

- Lie down flat on your back.
- Inhale and lift your the knee upwards.
- Bring the knees towards your forehead by lifting the lower body.
- Bring your feet to 180 deg so that toes are placed over and beyond the head.
- Keep the hands on the ground with palm facing the ground.
- BREATHE.
