Sarvangasana(ShoulderStand)

Meaning - (sarva - all, anga-limb, asana - pose)
Duration : 30 secs


  1. Lie on your back and keep your body in straight line. 
  2. Bend your legs and lift the legs up. 
  3. Bring your knees to your forehead
  4. Support your back by holding the hip with your hands. 
  5. Slowly raise the bent knee up towards the sky
  6. Bend the toes towards you. Toes should be in straight line with your eyes. 
  7. Breathe
